Registration Help

Most registration failures are due to the misentering of the credit card number or the expiration date. If you are getting an "invalid card" error, please recheck these carefully. If you are sure that you are entering the card number and expiration date correctly, please contact your credit card company.

For other problems when registering for an event, please contact us. If you can provide us with the following information, it will help us help you:

• Operating System , for example, Windows XP or Mac 10.4
• Browser and version, for example, Internet Explorer 6 or Safari 2
• Exact error message
• When the problem occurred, for example, "right after I clicked on the register button"
