Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement

I agree that I will not copy, disclose, disseminate or provide to any person or third party, at any time, any information or documents provided to me by Villari's Martial Arts Centers either before, during or after my enrollment in Villari's Instructor Summit or Certified Instructor Training, without prior written consent and approval of David B. Shirley, President, Villari's Northeast LLC. I acknowledge that all information or documents provided to me by Villari's Martial Arts Centers either before, during or after my enrollment in the Villari's Instructor Summit or Certified Instructor Training, are the sole and exclusive property of David B. Shirley and Villari's Northeast LLC.

I agree that should my enrollment with Villari's Martial Arts Centers be terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily that I will return to David B. Shirley, President, Villari's Northeast LLC; all written information and materials provided to me during my enrollment in Villari's Instructor Summit or Certified Instructor Training.

I agree not to enter into either the instruction of martial arts and/or the operation and/or management of a martial arts program within a five (5) mile radius of any Villari's Martial Arts Center or Villari Studio while an active member or for a period of three (3) years from the date my enrollment is terminated either voluntarily or involuntarily.
